Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Where a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable period, joyaapp may suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
If joyaapp discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed without notice, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be returned to the source payment method at joyaapp's sole discretion. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of joyaapp services, you are required to register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one active account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. joyaapp is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. joyaapp will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account security has been compromised, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
- Username: Must be unique, may not impersonate another person or brand, and cannot be changed after registration without formal written request to support.
- Password: Must be at least 8 characters in length and should include a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. You should change your password regularly.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on their accounts. OTP-based 2FA is available for all registered mobile numbers and adds a significant layer of protection against unauthorised access.
joyaapp reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including accounts where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, false registration information, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, joyaapp will provide reasonable notice where permitted by applicable law.
joyaapp will never contact you to ask for your password, your bKash PIN, your Nagad PIN, or any other sensitive authentication credential. If you receive any communication purporting to be from joyaapp that requests such information, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
joyaapp supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:
- bKash — Instant deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit: ৳200.
- Nagad — Instant deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit: ৳200.
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Instant deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit: ৳200.
- Upay — Instant deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit: ৳200.
- Bank Transfer — Available via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Processing time: 1–4 hours. Minimum deposit: ৳500.
- Visa / Mastercard — Subject to standard card network processing times. Minimum deposit: ৳500.
All funds deposited into your joyaapp account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. joyaapp reserves the right to refuse any deposit it suspects to be funded from an unauthorised or fraudulent source.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 via mobile wallet and ৳1,000 via bank transfer. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission, subject to identity verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–4 hours. joyaapp reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
joyaapp maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) policies. Any player suspected of using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other illicit financial activity will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. All winnings generated during such an investigation may be withheld.
joyaapp is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Exchange rate risk (where applicable) is borne entirely by the player. All transaction records are maintained securely and are available for review upon request through your account history.
Bonuses & Promotions
joyaapp offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming.
Unless the specific terms of a promotion state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all joyaapp promotions:
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real funds through qualifying wagering activity.
- joyaapp reserves the right to exclude certain games or bet types from contributing to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game category and are stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering process.
- joyaapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
joyaapp employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or risk-free bets to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exploit promotions, and using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
Betting & Casino Game Rules
All games and betting markets available on joyaapp are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game on joyaapp, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.
Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on joyaapp are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing council for Bangladesh Premier League matches). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, joyaapp's settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply as published in the sportsbook rules section.
Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on joyaapp — including slots, table games, and live dealer games — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or by live physical dealing processes in the case of live dealer games. joyaapp does not control, influence, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface.
- Players are responsible for checking bet limits before placing wagers.
- In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, joyaapp's technical incident procedure will apply. Bets caught in an interrupted round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state where recoverable, or voided and refunded where the game state cannot be determined.
- joyaapp reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error.
Live casino games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules and procedures of each live game are governed by that studio's published game rules, which take precedence over joyaapp's general casino rules in matters specific to that game.
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited on joyaapp and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of balances at joyaapp's discretion. In serious cases, prohibited conduct may also be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one player account simultaneously.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to access joyaapp from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at joyaapp staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to joyaapp's systems, databases, or any other player's account.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your joyaapp account to another person.
joyaapp takes the integrity of its platform very seriously. Our risk and compliance team monitors all accounts and betting patterns continuously. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. joyaapp's decision on such matters is final and binding.
Responsible Gaming

The joyaapp name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary trademarks. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any part of joyaapp's intellectual property without prior written permission.

- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card network.
joyaapp's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
joyaapp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to joyaapp as an international online gaming platform. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by joyaapp's operating jurisdiction. By using joyaapp, you consent to this jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
Amendments & Termination

Your continued use of joyaapp following any update to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].
Account Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your joyaapp account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the standard verification process.
Account Closure by joyaapp: joyaapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 12 months), or as required by applicable law. Where an account is closed by joyaapp, reasonable notice will be provided unless closure is required immediately to protect the integrity of the platform.
